Our Commitment
Live Electric is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities. This meets law such as:
- the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA)
- the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation 191/11 (IASR)
- the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Regulation 429/07 (ASCS)
Multi-year Accessibility Plan
Live Electric has developed a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlining the steps we will take to meet the needs of people with disabilities. This plan will be reviewed and updated at least once every five years.
Policies, Practices and Procedures
As part of Live Electric's commitment to meeting its obligations under the AODA, Live Electric also established various polices and processes to assist persons with disabilities including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Policy.
