- High standard of quality while maintaining sharp pricing, including extras
- Execute all of our jobs on schedule, maintaining flexibility with the builders changing schedule
- Completed over 120 homes in the last 2 years, from townhouses to fully custom
- Manpower to handle multiple builds at one time
- Part of the RBO program (Risk-based Oversight) with ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) which allows us to self inspect our work and not slow down the build waiting for ESA inspections
- Experts in the latest in electrical code and technology (smart wiring, energy saving solutions, back up generation, solar, LED lighting and controls, etc.)
- ECRA / ESA (Electrical Contractor Registration Agency of the Electrical Safety Authority) licensed contractor and fully insured
- Only fully licensed electricians and registered apprentices completing any wiring
- Punctual and courteous staff
- Full time office staff, shop staff, and project managers in the field to ensure the quality of work and organization is assured every step of the way
- Electricians are equipped with new vans that are properly stocked, cell phones for convenient communication and wear professional uniforms on site
- Telecommunications, audio/video and central vacuum services available to make for less trades to deal with on site
